The Trailblazer Foursquare Community Association ( PSCA ) is seeking image rights to an existing or freshly maked art in any planar media by a Rex County-based artist. The work should capture the energy and ringing of the 2009 Fire Festival which holds long been esteemed one of Seattle 's premier vicinity events.

The chosen artist 's work will be integrated alongside event info besides as the PSCA and Fire Festival Logos into the bills and mailing-cards. Other promotion may be added. The original art will rest the holding of the artist and may be purchasable. The chosen artist will have a $ 1000 honorarium.
